Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is approximately 10-13 business days.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territories. Some plants may have additional state-specific restrictions. Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). We determine the most efficient carrier for your order. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping and handling costs are determined by the weight of the products and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Plant Care
My plant looks stressed after arrival. Is this normal?
Some transplant shock is normal. Plants may look droopy or have a few yellow leaves after their journey. Place your plant in appropriate light conditions, water it, and give it 1-2 weeks to acclimate. If it doesn't improve, email us at support@nxtgw.com with photos.
How do I know what USDA Hardiness Zone I'm in?
You can find your USDA Hardiness Zone by entering your zip code on the USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map website. We also display zone compatibility on each product page.
Are your plants pet-safe?
Some plants are pet-safe and are labeled on the product pages. We recommend checking each product before purchasing if you have pets, as many common plants can be toxic to animals.
Do your plants come with care instructions?
Yes! You'll find comprehensive care guides on each product page, including light requirements, watering frequency, and seasonal tips.
Returns & Guarantees
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, with tags and original packaging. To start a return, email support@nxtgw.com with photos of the product.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
If your plant arrives damaged, contact us at support@nxtgw.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos showing the damage. Please photograph the plant, the packaging, and any visible issues. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
How do I file a claim for a damaged plant?
Email us at support@nxtgw.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the damage (plant, packaging, and shipping label if applicable). We respond within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Our digital gift cards are available in various denominations and never expire. They're delivered instantly via email and can be redeemed on any order.
